Who can enter DankLottery?

🚨 THCa prizes can only be shipped to states where they are legal. If you win but live in a non-legal state, you’ll get an alternative prize of equal gift value.

🚨 No! DankLottery is a legal sweepstakes, which means no purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying our rolling papers does not increase your chances of winning—it just makes the experience more fun.
How often can I enter?
Each giveaway has its own rules, but in general:

Can I enter if I don’t live in the U.S.?
Right now, DankLottery is only open to U.S. residents. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

How will I know if I win?
Winners will be notified via email or phone and announced on DankLottery.com. If you win, you must claim your prize within 28 days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Do you ship THCa products everywhere?
No. THCa products are only shipped to states where they are legal. If you win and live in a non-legal state, you will receive an alternative prize of equal value (such as cash, merch, or store credit).
Are there any shipping costs?

How long does it take to receive my prize?
Most prizes are shipped within 5–10 business days after the winner is confirmed. Some prizes (such as VIP experiences or custom artwork) may take longer.
Do I have to pay taxes on my prize?
By law, winners of prizes over $600 must report their winnings to the IRS. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on their prizes.
